The Panbo phase I facilities have an insulated floor, insulated walls and an insulated roof. This results in an totally even temperature trough the whole content of the bunker. The composting process results in a better quality substrate.

These facilities have been specially developed to comply with the strictest requirements. There are several kinds of bunker systems,
one can choose a phase 1 tunnel, an insulated bunker, but also an open or a closed concrete bunker system is possible.
Optional are a water recycling system, and if desired an ammonia scrubber and a biofilter that gives a total odour free compost production.



Phase 2 and 3 tunnels

The new Self Supporting construction panels also had a huge impact on the phase 2 and 3 tunnels.

The polyester sheeted panels are very suitable for the construction of tunnels.

Due to the unique design of the construction details of the tunnels Panbo manages to build a very strong, fully sealed and optimally insulated building.

We can also supply all the necessary accessories such as the pulling and gliding nets, the pulling winch, the head filling machine,
the hopper, and the conveyor belts.

Implementation
The AGEP air-conditioning units manufactured by promont Świbodzice are suitable for air-conditioning in mushroom production halls that have a growing area ranging from 120 to 1100 m2 per one room. The AGEP type mushroom units are made entirely from sheet aluminium, which assures their enhanced durability and reliable work for many years.

The outputs are given for air speed in exchangers w=2.5 m/s and the following parameters:

* heater: water 80 / 60 °C (intake air: ∆t = 5 °C , T = 25 °C

* cooler: water 6/12 °C (intake air: t = 26 °C , = 90%, ∆i = 4045 kJ/kg



The main elements of AGEP mushroom unit:

* ventilator

The used ventilators are designed especially for mushroom production purposes. The are produced in the following types and sizes: Wa 35.5, Wa 40, WW0ax 63. Depending on AGEP size, there is one or two ventilators in one unit.

* heat exchangers

The exchangers, produced by PROMONT Company from copper pipes and aluminium fins assure proper temperature and humidity in the mushrooms production hall.


Depending on inventor's needs we propose:

* water or steam heaters

* water or freon coolers



* mixing chamber

The mixing chamber allows for mixing of two air streams: external and returned from tha hall. It allows for CO2 concentration adjustment in the hall and limits the annual operation costs of air-conditioning devices.



* initial heater

We recommend using the initial heater, because:

* it decreases the moisture condensation in the unit mixing chamber, which reduces humidifying costs

* the unit water exchangers and external air throttle are protected from freezing during winter

* it protects the external air system from steam condensation on the channels surface



* overpressure louvers

To remove the air excess and limit the uncontrolled external air inflow to hall, we recommed using two pieces of overpressure louvers per hall.


* initial filter

For the unit proper and failure-free operation it is necessary to install the channel filter before the external air throttle. Therefore we include it to each AGEP unit as standard. It is equipped with G3 class cloth, assuring the initial filtration of external air.
